6. Two Bananas – contain almost 30g of sugar
Bananas are pretty sweet, and two of them contain more sugar than the entire recommended daily limit for most people. But wait, that recommendation actually refers to added sugar, the type that is highly concentrated and then crammed into food where it does not exist naturally.
Natural fruit sugars, on the other hand, come with enough fiber to slow digestion and stabilize blood sugar. So when you get your sugar from fruit, your brain still gets a happy hit of serotonin but your blood sugar does not go through the roof.
